Siva tells Parvati that all beings have qualities of the goddess Kali, and to worship Kali one must form images in adherence to her. It is regarded as the revelation of Siva, the destroyer of the world and god of the Yogisto his wife, Parvati, at the summit of Mount Kailasa.
